It would be very nice and courteous if you guys make a full disclosure about your brutal return policy. If someone buys an item from you and its not the right thing, the right way to handle the situation is to either get customer what they need or provide a full refund. 35% fee for returning a mower belt? You guys are crazy and you will never see another dime from me. Good luck ripping more people off!

one of my favorite places to purchase my equipment. They took care of me from the first time i walked in the shop. Not knowing what all I wanted/needed, they truly took the time to explain my options and even took the time to show everything I needed to know to take care of my new equipment.
