Shopped at the Moline store and the gentleman at the counter was extremely rude. Swore at me as he walked to the back room, called me the F word. Need to work on professional development skills with employees.

Every time I need help with my above ground pool these guys always are able to provide me with the information I need and they have the supplies on hand. Very helpful and reasonable prices.
I went in today looking for a part for an old pool filter. It was too old for them to have in stock but the gentleman that helped me was very friendly. He searched through 3 big manuals to help us find the right part number and then gave me a copy of what I needed so that I can keep searching for it and at least know the part number of what I needed. I would definitely go there again if I needed something. Thanks for your help today.

We got a pool from G.E. we spent hundreds of dollars trying to get our pool clear. After a month of dealing with GE and pool was not getting clear, we decided to go to Central Pool in East Peoria for help. Rick did a water sample told us what we needed. Within a week we finally had a clear pool. Since then Tom is are go to person, he is the best. Very helpful and yes they are always busy however, they know their stuff. 3years a happy Central Pool customer!
We have been using CPS ever since we bought our first above ground pool in 2001. EXCELLENT advice, service and pricing. We live 1 1/2 hour away with pool supply stores 20 miles from home. No comparison! Ask for Jerry. He knows his stuff!
I was very disappointed when I went to go order items for my pool. The staff member acted as if he was irritated that he even had to help me. He talked to me like I was an idiot and said to me he didn't even know why I was there if I didn't know what I needed. I was going to buy all of my set up supplies from there but after today, I will never go there again. Poor customer service and long wait time, not enough employees to help customers and when they do help the men are abrupt and rude.
