Bought my pool from them, Epic installed it and it looks horrible sidewalls leaning, posts aren’t centered on the patio blocks, one post isn’t even sitting on the patio block. The bottom has dips and humps bracing showing through the liner, all the fittings for the pump leaked had to loan them tools and made a menards run for them. Called them told them my problems they sent a guy out he took pictures of everything and havent heard a word from them in over two weeks.

Disgusted charged me 5k and shorted me the pool liner, solar cover, and skimmer pole. I called every person I've spoken to has been rude! no direct answers always well I'm not sure or I don't know. I have other people to wait on. kinda like I have your money now let me wait on someone that hasn't paid yet.

yes I recommend Central Pool Supply, these people are so personable and helpful and never make you feel stupid like D&L Pool Supply in Hanna City they are terrible.! came to my house and put a new base under my sand filter and pump and the next day it broke in half and they will not make it right they charged me $600 to do this. I wrote a letter to them asking for help and they still said nothing back to me not a call nothing. I love Central Pool Supply and I will use them from now on
