We received an immediate response to our request for service. They needed to order parts and were very timely in replacing them. We had to call again after the work was done and they were out again immediately, fixed the problem under warranty and reported that all was well. We will use them again and again! R6 (AlaskaMagic)
I have been using Central Plumbing for my residence and business for over 15 years and they have been exceptional. Not only are they always accomodating, but have I not found anything that they cannot do. I have had minor to major repairs. I have had minor to major installations. And, I have done a few remodels. They have always accomplished every project with terrific service and on time. They are not the least expensive company, but like they say: You get what you pay for. R7

I've used Central Plumbing a number of times over the years and have never been disappointed. Their people arrive on time and are very courteous and professional. The job has always been performed reliably and quickly with total cleanup upon completion. I can recommend them to anyone.
I have had Central Plumbing out several times for emergencies as well as regular service. I have always gotten a punctual, courteous and clean worker who informs me about what he is doing, has all of his equipment with him (no running off to Home Depot for an hour and then coming back to me) and cleans up afterwards. It's oftentimes not a pretty job they have to do, but these guys do leave a clean job site behind, and I am thankful for that!
I've used Central on at least 4 occasions and these guys are obviously committed to excellence in all ways. Their work is thorough, they are clearly competent and everything is done with the utmost professionalism. I wish more companies had their ethic and approach.
Courteous and prompt service. The plumber even smelled clean, unlike most plumbers who smell like a sewer. The fee quoted over the phone was exact.
Central Plumbing was on time and the Technician they sent out was very knowledgeable and kind. He treated me like I was a person and not just some dumb women who doesn't know anything. He explained everything that needed to be done and He gave me a price up front before doing any work. He gave me the right to choose if I wanted the work done or not after He gave me a price.
