today was my first visit. staff very pleasant and helpful. office is clean and cozy atmosphere. Dr. Woltjier took his time with me answering my questions, and seems knowledgeable in his specialty.
Dr. Beck is one of the most knowledgeable people I know, and unsurpassed when it comes to eyes! I do not trust the eyesight of my mom to anyone else!
The doctors are both fellowship trained surgeons. They will always be honest and up front with your diagnosis and treatment options.
I really hate to leave bad reviews and I suppose everyone has a bad day now and then but it should never be taken out on the patient as I feel it was today on me. As a patient we try very hard to follow directions to get the best result for both parties. With that said, there are some uncontrollable reactions that happen when lashes are touched or pain is experienced. There really is no need for exasperated sighs and rolling eyes.
