Today I had an office worker, Alison I believe her name was, tell me "no one is holding a gun to my head to make me go to any appointments" because I was unknowingly scheduled for an appointment, found out 2 days before, and was just trying to make sure it was cancelled so I wasn't charged a no show fee. this place is horrible. They dont check babys positioning they dont check the baby after you fall. they dont write antibiotics for a vaginal infection. I STILL havent gotten my birthcontrol from having my son A YEAR AGO! DO NOT RECOMMEND! THEY WOULD LET YOUR BABY DIE BEFORE CHECKING VIA ULTRASOUND

Recently visited to get an IUD placed. It was quick to get an initial appointment as a new patient. At the consultation the nurse was informative and comforting. The doctor who placed it was so great! I’m new to Phoenix and am SO relieved to have found this place.
Please be aware that Dr. Thompson does not do any deliveries. They will not notify you of this until you are about 35 weeks if you're lucky. will never come back to this office.
Every time I come here for an appointment I wait at least an hour to be seen. I dont know if its a scheduling issue or what, but I will be looking for another doctor.
