Professional, painless, friendly, and sanitary! I came here because this dental office had the best ratings on my insurance website and I think they do deserve those ratings! I hope to make this my permanent dental office!
As usual, cleaning and checking by Carli was faultless. No decline in service despite following all the regulations required by Covid 19. Front desk registration procedure and check out procedure went well with pleasant interactions.
I had a concern with tooth discomfort. The office rushed to fit me into their schedule. Even with COVID concerns, they had safety procedures that made me feel at ease. The office was clean and cheerful. The staff and doctor were kind, patient, and professional. I am so glad they accept our insurance so I can make them our family dentist. I feel we are in great hands! Thank-you ELFD!

Carly was great, did an excellent job, Covid procedures were impressive and I felt very well protected. Kudos to staff for handling all this so well and still being so warm and friendly...a tough environment for all them to have to work in all day, and they do it so very well. Thanks!
I have been going to East Lansing Family Dentistry my entire life. I have never had a bad experience. The staff are friendly and professional. They explain everything and really listen. With the COVID issue, they are taking extra precautions. I highly recommend East Lansing Family Dentistry.
