I am family with the owners of Central Pastry. Vera and John are two of the finest and most decent people on the planet! With all honesty, I would have to say that Vera is indeed the most particular person on the planet! She is a perfectionist!!! Everything she prepares for her bakery is made with the best of ingredients and above all, love and pride!
