Good cake.... Terrible service and never, ever has cakes ready on time. I have loved this bakery my entire life but sadly will find a new one due to service issues. I will not trust them for any future events that must be in a timely manner. So sad.
I come in there every morning, or at least I used to. Quite frankly they don't care about regular customers. If you're un happy, then that's too bad. I'm now going up the road a ways for my doughnut needs. Thank you for being poorly ran.

What I said was that it is more helpful to rectify the situation when you contact the owners, which is what she requested.
