Absolute best apartment I've lived in, for sure! Great community of genuinely nice people. Apartment is updated and clean. The onsite maintenance is a great plus. The owner Troy, is awesome as well 🙂

In all honesty, the management makes this place feel like home. The area is so so but I've never had life changing issues. Kind and friendly people and what a treat to be downtown.
I have been living here for over a month now. All the management has been super kind and has helped with a lot. I had a major thing happen with my family and Troy has been nothing but understanding about it all. The naibors are all really cool and every gets along well. I very much enjoy being here over any other place I have been in the past. Good little apartments with lots of possibility for anyone
