Been going here for over 10 years and they are amazing!! Dr. Lhota is fabulous and very gentle. Staff is terrific!!
Though the dentist and staff were very nice; I am not at all satisfied with the crown work. Unfortunately, there is a lot of sensitivity at the gum line and when I touch the tooth in a certain spot I feel pain, it bleeds in that area instantly when I floss and I can actually feel the cold air at the nerve of the tooth. I paid over 2000.00 for this procedure. Days after the procedure I contacted the office. my experience at central park west dentistry was beyond amazing they gave me the necessary information i needed and now i am pain free and on my way to the smile i always wanted i thank you all down to the reseptionist which were all beyond polite and comforting i recommend them to everyone there the best!
We have been patients of Dr. Lhota for over 20 years. He and his staff are always very helpful. When I recently contacted him with a tooth emergency, he and Jung stayed late on a Saturday to make sure the issue was taken care of. Both Jung and Dr. Lhota display such professionalism, compassion and empathy it makes the whole experience of going to the dentist, even during an emergency, that much more comforting. We truly appreciate all you do for us and your patients.
As a person that has a severe phobia of dentists I write this review due to my sincere appreciation for doctors like Dr. Winokur. Dr Winokur not only has incredible bedside manner but also really a magic touch when it comes to fillings. I have severe anxiety when it comes to getting a cavity fixed and Dr. Winokur’s calm and understanding demeanor even put me at ease and made the entire process so much better.
