This place is a facade. They rented me an apartment that should've been thoroughly inspected and cleaned instead of rented out to anyone. I've had a pissy odor that has been here since (before) move-in with no true resolve despite being brought to their attention on numerous occasions via phone call, in person, and email. The good: Maintenance team Isaiah and Bret come through when you need them. The mid: Upper management in the past has been pretty poor with communication. Overall: been here 6 months. It's been straight. Nothing spectacular but it's a decent apartment complex and most neighbors mind their business 🥂
They will gaslight you into an apartment that SHOULD NOT be listed to rent and not resolve any issues. There's been no leasing manager since Anne Crawford left a couple of months ago, and she did a terrible job as a leasing manager and played it off well when management came to look at the place before she dipped out.

I am currently going through a difficult life changing event right now and Vivianna has been more of help than she may know through the process of looking for a new home. She is super knowledgeable about the complex and was able to answer any question I had thrown at her. I felt so comfortable with Vivianna that I just randomly stopped by one day to look at a unit again and applied right then and there with her. I am SO excited to move in :)
