I can't say enough good things about Elaine and Jo at CPM. I had an incredible experience in November 2015 when I had my son! I got to know both midwives well throughout the pregnancy, connected and clicked with each, and it comforted me to know that I had a 50/50 chance of getting one or the other, not a random pick of several practitioners who you may or may not know.
It's hard to put into words how special the women in this practice are. It felt very much like my own sister was helping me through my pregnancy and birth. Elaine and Jo are attentive, knowledgeable, caring, and have a knack for calming nerves. Thank you, Jo, for listening to my baby's heart and the great nutrition guidance. I cannot say enough about how phenomenally amazing both Elaine & Jo are. I would highly recommend Central Park Midwifery to all women that want to have an active, mindful, present & personal birth experience as both of these ladies are extremely attentive, knowledgable, empathetic, genuine, kind....the list goes on and on. Elaine, Jo and staff are so wonderful. They are both knowledgable, warm, and strong women! I am sooooo happy I chose them as my team to bring my baby into this world. Elaine was on when the time came and was such an amazing force of calm, guidance and support!
