Updated from 5 stars to 3 after living here 6 months: The apartment enforced a new rule that trash needs to be stored in your garage. In the heat of summer, the smell is putrid, and seeps into our belongings, and car in the garage. This has made the space unusable, which was the main attraction to us renting here in the first place. I pointed out to management that this has the potential to attract pests and other unwanted critters inside the home, but they value looks more than the comfort and wellbeing of their residents. ... read more
