Updated from 5 stars to 1 after living here 6 months: The apartment enforced a new rule that trash needs to be stored in your garage. In the heat of summer, the smell is putrid, and seeps into our belongings, and car in the garage. I gag everytime I walk into the garage, and this has made the space unusable, which was the main attraction to us renting here in the first place. I love my apartment!! The staff here treats me like family!! I have never been happier in an apartment in my life!! They knew I was going through some struggles and they did everything they could to find me the perfect apartment in my price range!
Would I recommend living at Central Park? Absolutely not. After almost a year of living here, my answer is a definite NO. First, it feels like this complex doesn't even have a property manager. I moved in during August 2025, and nearly a year later, I have never seen the manager, spoken to the manager, or even know who that person is.
