Don’t move to this apartment! I lived here for a year and left after my lease ended Terrible community. The best part about it was the maintenance but everything else was terrible They have all kinds of bugs that you can imagine and they also have bedbugs! They might do pest control and do inspections and stuff before every tenant moves in or maybe after every tenant moves out but eventually those bugs will come out and they will freaking ruin your life! I do not live here but it is on a route I walk a lot. There is a huge Rat colony who have dug up the ground between this place and the road. The rats don't even try to hide. This item should be the top of the list for basically everyone who works here but it has been like this for months. Did notice freshly planted flowers nearby so i guess they decided to pay for landscaping and not pest control. Seriously this is the largest collection of rats I've seen ever. Update: I would gladly change my review if I saw some sort of change from the powers that be. So far nothing. Update: Management has no care for the residents, they seem like any serious problems are just a hassle if, not just a nuisance. Update: So, I lost a package that can't any of the other buildings because the staff say so (lol) we have a picture of delivery in one of the building. Either stolen, or staff can't pick up there feet to help us. Update: Truly don't understand why the maintenance is rude to their residents.... read more
I have been living at the Central Park East apartment for two years now and I enjoy it here! The apartment is spacious, clean and my neighbors are polite. Every staff member I have encountered provides exceptional hospitality service to their residents. Muna always assist me with my questions and is passionate about her role,she makes me feel welcomed every time I see her. Alvaro at the front desk is very warm , attentive and friendly.
