I’m still living there and can’t wait to move as soon as my lease ends! The worst place ever to live specially if you have a baby, because of the cockroaches infestation. They don’t care about how the infestation affects your household’s health and living conditions, they don’t provide any treatment plan. I am glad that my opinion of central park East has definitely changed over the past couple of months. I was having persistent parking problems and noise issues from folks downstairs. I am really glad that parking is no longer a problem and noise issues have certainly gone down (although still a little bit of an issue during daytime. But night times are atleast peaceful which is honestly all I wanted.). It was a rough road to coming to live at peace here. But I am glad I am now feeling comfortable and peaceful here at CPE.
