Perfect place to get your car stolen. This place needs to be gated desperately Only then would we have no one coming to dump their loads of garbage, No one breaking into cars and no one coming to get high and screw hoes in their cars. Being so open is a problem and they know it. Maintenance is too much for 1 guy. This could be a great place But beat tf up for now Dont do it to yourself. Im moving out - its been 6 mos of roaches and excuses. Roof leaks bad.
