Now I’ve moved to another property here at park central and this is my second apartment because the first was Infested with roaches and mold.....and am having my first born child and there is mold it’s been here since 3 weeks now and no one comes to care on Vic the Maintnance guy comes and tells me it’s with office now and they don’t do anything. I have lived here for only a few months and count down the days until I leave. My electric bill is 180 dollars per month for a 1 bedroom. I have contacted management numerous times about the cockroach problem. Nothing gets fixed. Management makes false promises and never follows through. Worse living accommodations I have ever been in. I wouldn't bring a dog to this development. Do your self a favor and go somewhere else. AVOID!!!

Filled with roaches and the carpet is always wet, over priced overrated it's not worth the money

This apartment complex is atrocious. I've had my apartment flooded, infested with roaches, and AC goes out once a month. The second my lease is up I am out of here.

This place sucks. Need a maintenance request? Gotta call 6 different times and raise your voice on the final call or else they will "get too busy and forget". Roaches are outrageous. You can't get rid of them because mainatance never wants to handle it. Hallways are definitely dirty. The manager is always on the pool deck smoking a cigarette with the maintenance guy!!!! Please don't move here. Save yourself the headache.
