Came here with a friend, Bakersfield is usually a great place to go antique shopping, and is a hobby we both indulge in. We’re both young women, who enjoy vintage fashion and like making conversation with strangers. The tone we were greeted with was less than favorable, with the owners following us and watching over us whenever we looked through the jewelry racks. First time in this place. Was followed by a old white man that acted as if he was fixing things making it obvious he was following me. Won’t be coming back! Sad because it seemed like a decent spot to shop. Please if you are any kind of Hispanic/Mexican/brown BEWARE.
