Joey and the crew did a great job. We had a tree hanging over the garage and house roof and they came out and trimmed it back exactly as we had discussed. They left our yard clean of debris. I would definitely use Central Oregon Tree Experts again for any tree projects without hesitation. Thanks guys!
Unfortunately a sour experience. Estimator came on time and did his job. The job itself was scheduled. Crew arrived so late in the day it couldn’t be completed. Called the office who was under the impression it was done. Said they would reschedule me. Hasn’t happened yet. Now we have inclement weather so expect further delays. Turned off by the experience and will seek a new provider. Highly disorganized. A second crew arrived the same job day and had no purview into the first crew’s arrival. Poorly managed also. From the first phone call to the estimate to the tree cutting to the stump grinding, everything was a 5. We are so happy with the work that was done.
Highly recommend - estimate and work were scheduled in a very timely manner. All staff were excellent, including office personnel who handled the billing/scheduling/paperwork, Joey who did the estimate, and Austin and crew who performed the work. They showed up on time, went through all work to be performed both before and after, were professional, courteous and did a great job! Will definitely use their services again.
