Fred is great at his job. We've used him several times over the years for various projects
Do not use this inspector. His report did not cite building codes, gave his opinion of which it seemed he Googled and after talking with multiple contractors disagreed with his suggestions. He reported things needed repair when in fact they did not. People are paying him for a valid opinion of which it is NOT! I seriously question his credentials. Will not only, NOT use him in the future but will refuse any buyers who want him to inspect our home when selling again.
Worst Inspection EVER. The contractor I hired to fix all the things this man said were wrong with the house I was selling said it was the worst inspection report he'd ever read. He's been in residential construction for over 30 years. Said item was out of code, it wasn't. Informed us that while within code by not having a GFCI on the dedicated plug BEHIND the washer, we should add a GFCI.... except then you have to pull the washer out to reset it, this practice is NEVER done. Go somewhere else. 3 repairs needed after moving in my new home. These things not listed on my report. As of yet no contact with Mike. I'm sure there won't be.
