Eric and his team were phenomenal in helping us with a very difficult bio-hazard clean-up. He was very sensitive and communicative to our needs; assisting with an almost year long clean-up and restoration of the property. He and his team assisted with difficult insurance claims. Thank goodness. We greatly appreciated his expertise and integrity.
They sent me a bill to pay prior to service, I e-mailed them twice with questions and to change some services, but they never contacted me again. I was in a very vulnerable situation and was let down completely. YOU came out personally to my home. The invoice you sent me was for 2,000 prior to the job.
