I have nothing negative to say about COSI. They were helpful, attentive, and nothing but professional from the moment I first learned I'd be having surgery there. The nurses and staff members took such great care of me and made me as comfortable as possible. Gretta made sure my every request was taken seriously and addressed quickly. I felt at ease in their very capable hands. Oh, and my hip surgery went flawlessly! I'm only one day out and am already feeling like a new woman!
I don't understand how anyone can really write a review of this place, I don't remember anything! Hahaha! Thankfully, my wife recorded me post-operation of my ACL surgery. The whole staff was very friendly! The nurse had a lot of patience (pun intended!) with me. I'm sure she's use to it but I feel like I was pretty annoying. This place is is amazing, the staff, nurses and doctor was wonderful, they explained the whole process to me step by step which put my stress and anxiety at ease knowing my 3 year old grandson was having to be sudated for his procedure, I highly recommend this place!!

We were instructed to be there at 5am for a 6am surgery, but the office wasn't even open at that time. Front office staff not very professional, but the nurses and doctors were great. Overall good experience.
