This facility had me pay $2000 for my procedure. My insurance company paid the bill and a month later I still cannot get my money back. I am told a different story every time I call as to why they cannot reimburse me yet!!!
First surgery here and it went as good as it could have! The staff was great, very prompt and kind. The facility itself is a little dated but surgery went well so no complaints. I was able to leave with my husband once I felt awake enough. If I needed another outpatient surgery I would definitely go back!
I had a very professional and caring experience with Dr. Harold Green. He took the time to explain every step before and after my surgery. I highly recommend Dr. Green and Central Ohio Surgical Institute. Cleanliness, a friendly and caring environment and clear explanation.
I like that this isn't a hospital where you have to wait all day. I was in and out quickly. Everyone was very personable and friendly before, during, and after my surgery. I do have to agree with Stacy C's review though in regards to the girl at the registration desk that greets and checks us in. She was not super rude when I was there, but she was dismissive and seemed a little bothered that she had to check me in. She needs better customer service/bedside manner. I had a procedure with Dr Dibartola today and everyone I encountered here was very pleasant, from front desk checkin, to post-op checkout. I’d never had a procedure done before so I was nervous, all of the staff was very friendly, it helped a ton. Everything went very smooth and I was in and out in no time.
