As someone with over 25 years of experience in healthcare, I find it extremely concerning when a provider appears to show little regard for their patients. Each time we have visited this office, the wait time has exceeded 30 minutes just to be brought into a room. When the physician finally arrives, the encounter lasts less than two minutes before they leave. This review is primarily for RN Amber. I had surgery there this morning and she was amazing and kind. Nurses are the absolute most human part of healthcare and I’m so grateful Amber was my nurse. The staff in general and my doctor were extremely skilled and lovely, but that human touch that made me feel safe was wholly Amber. She was amazing in a very vulnerable time for me.
This facility had me pay $2000 for my procedure. My insurance company paid the bill and a month later I still cannot get my money back. I am told a different story every time I call as to why they cannot reimburse me yet!!!
First surgery here and it went as good as it could have! The staff was great, very prompt and kind. The facility itself is a little dated but surgery went well so no complaints. I was able to leave with my husband once I felt awake enough. If I needed another outpatient surgery I would definitely go back!
I had a very professional and caring experience with Dr. Harold Green. He took the time to explain every step before and after my surgery. I highly recommend Dr. Green and Central Ohio Surgical Institute. Cleanliness, a friendly and caring environment and clear explanation.
