RecommendedDr Irwin has been my PCP for over 20 years. He was PCP for my parents and several family members before me. The most important thing has been his kind patient manner and professionalism. He has become almost like an extended family member. We travel 70 miles from rural southern Ohio for his care. The other important issue is the structure of the office at the Knightsbridge location. They called me at 10:30 at night to inform me of the lab results and what I needed to do immediately and got in touch with me when the office opened the following day and provided several follow-up calls.
