I like Dr Joseph Pool and his nurses. I also like the receptionists. They are always welcoming and caring. I can call the office with a question and I know I will get an answer. I really like being able to use Patient Portal. My parents both were Dr Pool Patients. The staff there were friendly and took good care of them.
