I applied for section 8 towards the end of summer and was put on the waitlist. I found out in October there was an available spot for me as long as I still needed it and nothing changed. Finally I was approved and sent a voucher. I found a place way before the deadline because I am 4 months pregnant and I wanted me and my 3 other kids to be settled in our new home.
