This place used to be fantastic. Heather and Dr. Cooper are great. However, I'd caution against going here under the new nurse practitioner, Catherine. She comes off as very uncaring and harsh. I did not feel heard or even believed. The medical assistant who took me back also said my weight out loud for the entire hallway to hear, which made me very uncomfortable. If you value your privacy and dignity, I'd go elsewhere, as I am.
Dr. Kim and his PA Mindy Shaw are amazing. Very caring and always takes the time to answer all my questions. Their staff there are amazing always helpful. Would definitely recommend this group
Horrible bedside manner.
Dr. Sartori is the nicest, down-to-earth, personable, and funniest doctor I’ve ever encountered. He did a pretty great job with my cholecystectomy as well. Definitely recommend him to anyone needing surgery that he specializes in.
