This is a terrible place to take a loved one struggling with addiction. The counselors are inexperienced and uncaring. My husband was treated there for an opioid addiction about 5 years ago and they gave him gabapentin to overcome his opioid addiction…but then they got mad when he became addicted to the gabapentin and abruptly stopped his medication and kicked him out of milestones. Most of them are or at least try to be helpful, there are a few questionable people who I have to wonder how they are allowed to work there, but there are some sweethearts who do care there too.
I really appreciate the staff here. The groups are awesome and the tools that Milestone provide are essential! They teach real life situations as well as coping skills, which are of Today's Society that when faced with real life situations I have learned and am learning the tools to survive and say no and mean No! I would recommend this place for anybody struggling and looking for a way off the bottom! Thank you...
