They are very helpful organizations for a lot of things
Yesterday, I waited for four hours before I was finally seen. During that time, I asked several times how much longer it would be. The man at the front desk assured me that I was next and that I would be called very soon. However, even an hour and a half after he said that, I still had not been called.
