Excellent service from Josh today! I had a fairly urgent issue with my Walk In Cooler and he was able to get in, get the problem sorted out and up and running again. That means a lot when the business counts on those pieces of equipment. He took the time to tell me what went wrong, and gave some suggestions on how to prevent it in the future.
