Do not waste your time coming here for any service. The most unprofessional staff I’ve witnessed at a nail salon, and what’s worse, the quality of the nails is not great. I had builder gel done and about a week after the nails had started lifting from my nail bed. I went in and showed them to get them to fix the nails that had come off and I wasn’t even acknowledged at first. They then proceeded to say that it has been two weeks so they cannot fix it. I wrote this while I was getting them done, but this was not today: As he finishes up I figured I'd come to show how sloppily my nails were done. Because of how sloppy the underside was done he needed to file on the underside of the acrylic, effectively removing all of the natural nail l've been growing for months. I also booked a soak off, not a fill, and acrylic overlay. He removed the builder gel partially and then put the acrylic overtop.
