I called 3 times at all locations and got an answering machine during normal working hours. Finally talke to two live people who gave me two different answers. Then they would not look in their current files for my info. Jeez, don't they have a computer!

Had my family members headstone set today. After becoming completely frustrated with the staff at Central monument due to getting the runaround while also dealing with the headache of actually getting a truthful answer from one of the office staff members & never getting our promised return calls numerous times about the progress (not to mention we had to wait almost 8 months) we could not have asked for better delivery/setup guys than Jarrod & Doug.
