Not talk about or make light of customers who are going through an extremely sad time. They and their families should be respected and treated with dignity. They're spending a lot of money in there and should be able to take their time, discuss with family members and get exceptional service.
RecommendedCustomer service is great. I bought a 2 crypt mausoleum from Central Monument and it is beautiful. They did fantastic job. They care about their customers and also care about the work that they do. They know these memorials are lasting tributes to their love ones and want to be sure we are satisfied with the memorial. I highly recommend Central Monument.
Selecting a monument was not a happy event for me. Thank you Tony for your patience. You worked with me until I was very pleased with my purchase. Desmond and Jonathan set the monument for my mother. They were extremely kind and professional. They greeted us with a smile, explained each step and were two of the kindest young men we have met in a very long time.

Monument is beautiful! Exactly what we wanted. People are wonderful to work with and have the lad test technology to fix what you want. Ours was delivered today and the guys that delivered and set it up were awesome! All measurements were exact and they made sure everything was correct! In July of 2017 I was faced with such a tragic decision about my husband. I had no clue as what to do. I went to Central Monuments, and the staff was awesome. They are so compassionate and loving people and they just what to do. To this day, I can't thank them enough for all they have done for me.. So if anyone needs help, please go visit them. They take the time to personalize your monument to suit you and your your loved one.
