Customer oriented. Never felt like I was a back burner client. Knowledgeable of the local area. Took time to notice what I needed/ wanted in my first home. Answered every question I had. I live in Illinois and needed to put my dad's place up for sale. I was referred to Advantage Real-Estate from a friend and the rest is history. Christy Ames was an amazing person to work with and very professional. Christy and Shawn listed my dad's property in Madison Mo. I loved they way they market your property, and with in a week I had a buyer. Even though I had issues with the estate, she was with me the whole way and never gave up. Always positive. I don't know why anyone would go anywhere else. Highly recommend!!
