Last week Wednesday I went to have a wisdom tooth removed. Staff worked very quickly to get me in & out and was very friendly & kind. However I’m extremely displeased with the cost. I was told I wouldn’t have to pay more than $120 that day. I ended up paying over $200. They didn’t have the proper codes, ask my insurance the proper questions, or any questions at all. So when it came to sedation they told me I’d have to pay $485 out of pocket for it or just pay the $85 for nitrous gas. Of course I went with the cheaper option.... read more
Insanely rude receptionist, did not want to work with them with or without insurance because of her attitude…
I had 8 teeth extracted yesterday. They were so nice to me. I was very nervous but Dr. Mauro and his team made sure I was as comfortable as possible during the procedure. It was super fast and done in no time. They’re quick &&to the point. I respect that because I didn’t wanna be there longer than I had to be!! Quick but efficient and quality work. They even call you once you’re home and check on you, which I’ve never experienced. This office is all about getting your work done && you out the door. Highly recommend.
I cannot believe how unprofessional the women are I just spoke with on the phone. February 3rd 850am. Yesterday, I went into my dentist in tears thinking I have possible mouth cancer (I don't even smoke or drink and I eat a healthy diet), or something that could turn into it and this was the office I was given that takes my insurance. Had all 4 wisdom teeth removed. They are quick. It felt rushed, but I'm almost fully healed now, and I am very impressed with their work. Also, it can be hard to find the office because Google Maps might show a different location. Just look for the sign outside, Dr Mauro.
