This facility will not answer their phones and they leave it up to the answering service to forward your message, and they still will not call you back. I need to make an appointment if I don’t have this appointment I will be taken off of the surgery schedule and it will take me months to get back on the schedule. If I could give Central Medical a lower star rating I would. If I could change my group I would but all of my referrals have been approved and I don’t want to start over 😡😡😡

I had called the number on 07/13/2020 information on covid-19 testing . The lady on the phone she said no appointment needed . But when my husband got their today security guard had told everyone their, they need to make an appointment . Pretty dumb because on the web sit their is no where to make an appointment clearly I called . The lady should have said something yesterday when we called wasting gas and time to go over their is pretty much bs.
