I have used this business for years. I have been extremely pleased with their knowledge, service, price, and a quality. Any job they do is done on time!!!! This is the company you can trust.(In May 2005 replaced my whole A/C system which it works like a champ, and most importantly it saves 30% of my electric bill!!!!!!. Technician Ceasar arrived on scheduled and I was so impressed with his professionalism that I will now only use Central Mechanical. I had a problem with one of my units and he isolated the fault immeadiately and insured that the unit was properly charged with freon the correct way - he weighed it, thats right, weighed it. He didnt guess at it using the gauges as so many others Iv observed doing it. Thanks Ceasar!!!
I would have never thought spending money on an AC unit would have been a good experience but this one was. As my unit began blowing warm air thoughts of shelling out thousands of dollars to fix my system sanked in(should have gotten the home warranty!). I emailed this guys asking to come out as quickly as possible becuase my wife was nine months pregnant. This is a great company to use for you heating and cooling needs. I had several rooms that were hot in the summer and cold in the winter. I asked Central Mechanical to take a look and see if they could determine the problem.Both technicians showed up exactly when they said they would, evaluated the problem and corrected it that same morning. They explained to me exactly what they were going to do to correct the problem and showed me the quality of the parts they were going to use compared to what the builder had used.The wor... read more
Do not call these guys out to your house or business unless you need your wallet emptied.They will overbill you on both service and parts. I know because it happened to me.If you have any complaint they will screen your calls so you cant get through to them.Does that sound like a reputable business to you?

I recently called Central Mechanical when our A/C unit stopped working. When the techs showed up it took them about 30 minutes max to discover and resolve the problem. It happened to be a wire that had come undone from its wire tie and was caught in the fan blade. However, when I was billed for the time, they charged me for an hour and half. Basically, they stood around and watched it for an hour while it cycled several times. It seems to me that these guys can take a small job and turn it into a large job just to look good,... read more
