The fact that they have to offload you from the street, and they are pretty quick to do it says a lot. Been there twice and never had a problem. Went to a second delivery around the corner, had 5 pallets for that customer and it took them TWICE as long to offload, and I was at a dock, plus it cost $110 to offload....
