1 week later truck is broke down again for the same exact reason it was in the shop to begin with.
Out of 43 years driving this has been one of my worst experiences ever from poor communications with driver to guessing and throwing parts at issue just to have same issue, what ever happened to diagnostics you pull starter out put new one in never bench testing old one and still have starter kick back like its not working properly then want to throw ecm replacement and test at it if that's the case why not test ecm first made no sense. Clean shop and drivers lounge i will give them that but that's it.
