Dirty and dying
Pleasant little mall with a few nice shops and a large antique store.
Let's face it, malls are struggling nowadays. Central Mall still has several strong, interesting businesses inside and is cleaned and maintained well for its age. HOWEVER, the mall desperately need to fix their expensive claw machines, which are blatantly rigged. A really large antique shop spans a good bit of the building and is fun to walk around in after grabbing a treat from the surprisingly tasty restaurants in the food court.
