We have been doing business with Central Maine Auto since 1994. They are just the nicest people you would want to deal with. They listen to what you say and respond with understanding and what they can do for you. They do not use the old "high pressure" sales tactics that many dealerships continue to use. Central Maine Toyota makes you feel very comfortable and that you are a member of their 'family'. We will certainly continue to do business with them. On a scale of 1-10, they are a 15!!!
After being a customer of another Toyota dealership for many years, I found purchasing my new vehicle at Central Maine Toyota with Scott's open and honest approach to be much better than what I have experienced in the past elsewhere. The staff in the sales room is friendly and helpful. I knew the vehicle well before I drove it home and am very happy with my new RAV4. Central Maine Toyota has won me over.

It was the best car buying experience that I have had in It was the best car buying experience that I have had in 25 years of being a car owner. The salesman was straight forward, not pushy and very patient. When I finally made up my mind he got me the car I wanted within a couple of days.
Good service -- the work gets done on time and well, and the folks behind the counter are friendly, straightforward, clear communicators who respect the intelligence of the customer. Some body work was pricey, but came in under estimate; all other work was reasonable.
$89.95 just to walk through the door at the GM service center. They misdiagnosed my vehicle, had me waiting over 2 hours, then charged me $89.95 for the 'labor' of hooking my car up to their computer. The dealership itself is very dumpy, and there hardly any customer service to speak of. The sales staff, while I was waiting, was completely inattentive. Last time I visit a GM dealer, period.
