Poor salesman The sales man I had was more about socializing then waiting on me the customer..when you buy a $46000 vehicle you should be treated a little better. Very disappointed!!

Great Customer Service and Willing to Deal! This is the second Toyota that I have bought from this dealership. The reason I considered them for a second time was the exceptional ongoing service I received from Richard Rogers who was head of their service dept. for many years. Unprofessional I purchased my vehicle from CMT because it was not available anywhere else local. Bob and Devin were both good to work with. I was told to come in at 0900 in the morning to do the paperwork with the finance folks. It was after 1000 when they actually showed up. My vehicle needed a couple of modifications and was told it would be ready for delivery on Saturday morning at 0900. Of course it wasn't ready when promised. Not only was the vehicle not ready but I was told there was also a problem with my financing...... read more

Forgotten Drove an hour and a half to sit there for 6 hours and not get called back about if my financing went through. Seriously lacks customer service. Nice people, but brushed me completely under the rug.

Great Customer Service We just bought our first ever Toyota towards the end of July and we LOVE IT! Josh Buntin was our salesperson and he couldn't have been more attentive to our needs. We told him what we wanted and what we didn't want. He took us to the Chevy dealer and over to the Jeep dealer but ultimately we decided on a Toyota Highlander. Steve Maker is fabulous! Steve was great to work with! He was quick to return our calls, emails and to make sure everything was ready to go when we arrived. The whole process was very painless. I must say the cleaning department has to work a bit harder....while the car looked clean...it had spiderwebs on it, we found an empty water bottle in it when we got home and the area when you open the doors was filthy. We highly recommend anyone to work with Steve!

Excellent customer service!! We purchased a vehicle here in Feb. 2016, three months later it was totaled in an accident. We decided to visit the dealership again in hopes of finding a replacement vehicle two days after the accident. Our intentions were just to look at our options.
