11 months of being eaten alive from bedbugs, and no action to get rid of the bugs . The entire building is infested with bedbugs. When we reported the problem to the pest control people we was immediately retaliated against with a eviction. Highly legal to do that here in the state of Maine.

Bedbugs are very unpleasant and invasive to health and comfort. We are sorry you, or any of our tenants, get them! Central Maine Property Management always has Pest Control treat promptly when pests are reported. What a joke this company buys anything you rent or lease run away!!!!!!!
Kind and compassionate staff. I have had no issue since February when I moved in. I'm happy with my property manager, she always emails back quickly and finds solutions for my problems !!!!! maybe needs a little more staff sometimes but overall I love my pm team
I got a voucher threw housing and I have had nothing but issues since I moved on the first appartment they told me was approved I moved in and my porch was flying appartment so after a long battle I found out that they were stopping management of the building they had just recently moved in so they took me from a 2 bedroom to a studio all my windows are broken so I cant open and close them they refused to give me back the extra security deposit I was supposed to get when I moved and over charged me a pet deposit and now beca... read more
10/10/2017 I contacted CMPM through email to inquire about whether or not they accepted a Housing Voucher and worked with Section 8. This review was submitted by a prospect not a current customer/tenant. It is true that ******* ***** contacted CMPM on 10/10/17 and that we conversed, she was nice and excited. The home was not approved by ****** Housing, simply the payment standard. It is also true that she was told that I would be reviewing applications for this home late in the week of the 23-27th.
