Dr. Cropper and Sara take very good care of me. Very knowledgeable, helpful, and caring. The follow-up service is great. They help make the hearing aids last a long time, so I get more than my money's worth.
I can't believe I waited so long for my hearing aids. I absolutely love Sara she is wonderful and great at what she does. She made this experience with getting new hearing aides a great one. I am so excited to have them. Rhonda is a pleasure to see every time I go. She brings the sunshine to the office and has great customer service!!! This is a great place to go. Very caring staff, I was very upset the first few times I went in because I had perfect hearing before I got into an accident and lost my hearing in my left ear. I was very frustrated with the change but everyone there was patient and very understanding. They also was able to accommodate my needs and schedule. They understood all my needs and frustrations. Highly recommend going here!!
So far, so good! Am 10 days into use of my hearing aids and just got some helpful adjustments made today based on my use. They do make a big difference in various settings and Central Maine Audiology is doing fine for me.
