My 3 year guarantee was up and I was wondering what my options were. She gave me all the information I needed, and thoroughly explained my options. I like everything about CMA: from the moment I walk into the office and greeted by the friendly receptionist, followed by a visit with Sara Smith, Hearing Instrument Specialist. Sara is wonderful, has great problem solving skills. Part of my visit includes a free periodic check up of my hearing aids, supplies, etc. This plan was included in the purchase of the hearing aids. I am a well satisfied customer for about 6 years, Thank you Dr Bryce Cooper and Dr, Abbey Forcier for the excellent service I receive.
This is a fabulous practice! The entire staff is so very helpful and caring to their patients and families. Dr Abigail Forcier takes the time to ensure the hearing aides are the best possible fit for your type of hearing loss within your budget. The best hearing I have ever had!
