These people have no clue what they are doing, dont waste your time, plenty of other places. Scheduled an appt for an MRI, they submit paperwork to my insurance company the day before when they know they need 2-7 business days. Took time off of work for this, they dont care, never again will I go to this place
The office did not follow the Doctor's special protocol written on the order (for specific images) for the MRI images he needed and, therefore, did not get the correct images he wanted. When the Doctor requested they redo the MRI the correct way and not charge me for their mistake, they refused to make it right. They said they would charge me for another MRI if redone. Unprofessional and not very welcoming. Requirements and limitations should’ve been discussed prior to me wasting my time off from work.
