Yes, they made sure I had all the information I needed to make a decision Did you have to wait long after you arrived for your appointment? No, they were ready for me right after I arrived. Has this provider ever cancelled your appointment on you last minute? Never, they are very reliable. Did this provider seem up-to-date with the current advancements in their field? Yes

Does this provider promptly return your phone calls? Definitely! They always call me back very quickly! Were the waiting room chairs comfortable at this provider's office? Yes Did this provider show attention to detail? Yes, I've never had to worry about them missing any important information

Was the waiting area spacious? Yes Were you able to get answers to simple questions from this provider without scheduling an appointment? Not really. I had to schedule an appointment for most of my questions. Was it clear that this provider takes pride in the appearance of his/her office? Yes, the office was well organized and taken care of Would you refer this provider to a family or friend? No, If I had known how terrible they were I never would have gone.

Does this provider treat their staff well? Very! I've never seen an employer treat their staff better Does this provider leave you on hold for a long time when you call? No, they are really great about answering the phone right away Did you notice a foul odor when you arrived at this provider's office? Not at all, their office smelled fantastic! Was this provider's office too loud? Not at all, it was very peaceful and quiet Did this provider's staff seem to respect him/her? Definitely! They staff spoke very highly of him/her Did this provider rush your appointment? No, I was able to ask as many questions as I wanted Was this provider argumentative or easily angered?
