Receptionist is very rude. Disappointing in a doctor’s office, as compassion is truly so important in patient care.
I had to pick up my daughter from summer camp because she wasn’t feeling well. And apparently that isn’t a valid enough reason to miss my appointment so I was no longer allowed to be a patient. Absolutely ridiculous! This clinic should be ashamed of themselves treating people like this. Embarrassing

Love Dr Andersen and this clinic! She really cares about your physical and mental health. Referrals to specialists have been great. I always feel heard and never rushed. Receptionists are responsive and nurse practitioners are competent and lovely. I've never had to wait for a single appointment. All in all, great experiences dealing with this Dr and clinic and I'm older so a little more medically complicated.
