Don't believe all the rave reviews!!!! Had the worst experience with their customer service. Sure at the time that you get there, there are like vultures preying on a dead animal. They want you to think that they are out looking for you and your best interest. I get that it's a dealership and that is how most dealerships work. superior service Central Kia in Carrollton is probably the first time since Iâve been buying cars, which has been over 20 years that I actually enjoyed the experience. I'm very surprised by the bad reviews for them on the internet. There was no pressure in buying a car and I didnât fee like the salesmen were breathing down my neck. I will most definitely recommend friends to buy from this dealership!
world class service Yesterday we went to Central Kia after seeing the commercial and we got a car the very same day, in fact in a couple of hours. I really enjoyed the friendly staff, the coffee was hot, facility was nice and I the process in buying was really smooth.

They help the people who really need it I have to give a standing ovation for the way everyone did their very best to help me out. I've hated car shopping because last time around 7 years ago I was sold a pos and transmission broke in 3 weeks! I had to pay for everything... now...I'm so happy that Central Kia wanted to help me out cause I got a brand new Kia Soul with 11 miles on the dash!!!! i've never even seen that in my life. They really help people in need and listen to what customers want.

Great Deal for a used Ford F-150 I have been looking for a used Ford F-150 with low mileage and found one at Central Kia Carrollton, right off Interstate 35 in Carrollton so it was easy to get to. There were no hassles, the deal was straight forward and I got a good price.
Go to Southwest Kia instead I work in the lewisville area and needed to get my car serviced so I went to central Kia during lunch. They were rude, and told me I needed to get so many other things done to my 2006 Kia Spectra. I got my oil change and told them I'll hold off on the other services. I went to Southwest Kia Rockwall and I was told that my car was fine and the only other thing I'd need to do was get the cabin air filter changed.
