The vet and the tech were wonderful with my 7mo Swiss shepherd puppy this morning. My husband had called to check on the price of an exam and checked the website that said walk ins were welcome. The techs came out, got the vet, looked at his foot and immediately took him back to get him fixed up. I never intended to be able to get fixed right there and then but to be able to do so was wonderful. The receptionist was slightly rude and stand offish.
